She's worked with an industry-spanning set of corporate and nonprofit organizations including Delta, NYC Pride, eBay, Citi, American Heart Association, Lincoln Financial, Mass General Brigham, Peloton, and Nickelodeon.

Pride

 

Meredith managed a 20+ person team tasked with the revitalization of the NYC Pride brand. The new brand and identity was developed to underpin how the widely impactful nonprofit works with its staff, members, and volunteers, fosters new and deeper connections with the community and partners, and ultimately enables the organization to do more in pursuit of its mission. Meredith's contribution to the work included:

  • project management

  • brand positioning, including purpose, commitments, and personality

  • messaging

  • copywriting to support design

  • competitor and peer auditing

  • stakeholder interviews

  • workshop facilitation

  • thought leadership and case IP

Mass General brigham
 

Meredith supported the rebrand of one of New England's largest healthcare organizations over a 3+ year engagement. Her work with the organization spanned brand capabilities, including:

  • naming

  • brand architecture

  • sub-brand strategy

  • guidelines and governance

  • quantitative and qualitative research

  • messaging and brand voice

  • donor and development strategy

  • content development across mediums, from signage to patient collateral

  • socialization across entire hospital and outpatient network

women

 

Meredith joined a scrappy team working with UN Women to create the brand strategy underpinning the Women's Empowerment Principles. The WEPs offer guidance to businesses on how to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Meredith's work with UN Women included:

  • scriptwriting

  • peer and best practice brand analysis

  • video production pipeline management

  • video storyboarding

  • voice over casting and direction

Macguffin theatre & film co.
 

Meredith's had many roles with MacGuffin Theatre and Film Company: from student to staff to board member (the first alumni board member in MTF history!) Throughout her involvement with the Philadelphia-based children's arts nonprofit, she's developed brand and marketing assets and processes to support MacGuffin in its mission to grow actors. Efforts have included:

  • brand voice

  • copywriting
  • social media: asset creation and account management
  • events and production
  • email marketing

  • survey development and analysis

  • donor messaging and fundraising

  • alumni outreach and engagement strategy

Lincoln financial
 

Meredith joined a cross-functional team supporting the creation and launch of the new Lincoln Financial brand strategy, visual identity, and tagline. Though as an Eagles fan she might claim her favorite part of the work was seeing Lincoln Financial Field taken over by the new brand, she also enjoyed supporting the many components of activation, including:

  • launch messaging playbook

  • content guidelines and FAQs

  • copywriting across mediums including social, merchandise, and PR

  • activation rollout planning

  • creative concepts and content strategy for employee education campaign

  • scriptwriting and storyboarding for training and launch videos
